Before setting up Dabster Productions at the start of 2006, Richard worked at Radio Forth, Beat 106 and BBC Radio Scotland where he produced Fred MacAulay’s Radio Show for 4 years. Since setting up the company Richard has developed and produced radio shows, commercials, new formats and podcasts.

He currently produces The Music Bed on BBC Radio Scotland.
